I'm always traveling doing exterior painting & I've stayed at many hotels/motels. I have found my place to stay when in Hutch. This Lil place is so peaceful. You don't hear other room doors shutting our kids running down the halls! Bed is comfy, great shower, & cable. What more do you need for an Excellent price! Sandy is pretty great too!
We stay here every year during the fair. This family is the best. It may not be the Hilton, but its clean. Safe and we will continue to stay here every year during the fair. The owner is super nice and its definitely affordable. Thank you.
Called ahead and made reservation, they said I could show up at 3am since they have a night shift door bell. Check in was smooth with overnight clerk, good service on phone and in person. Rooms and location a little run down but pretty clean. Shower worked good, tv had couple dozen channels, NO Bed Bugs but bedding fairly stained. Checked out at 2:10pm no hassle. Good for convenience and budget.
At first I expected less. But got MORE, the owner was helpful in every way.

The staff was so helpful and kind. The room and bed were clean and we had no trouble ever getting towels or trash bags. No bugs, no rude staff, and no sketchy people. We brought our dogs and they had a big open area behind motel to walk around. Don’t be scared away by looks.
Nice quiet place. I didn't like that since the fair was in town they charged me per week instead of letting me get the room for the month. It costs 200 dollars extra like that. Instead of the 800 I was quoted over the phone when I reserved the room. There's nobody else renting a room. She said they needed to make money. Which is why I will be staying with my friend and keeping the rest in my pocket. They could have made another 300 by renting it for the month instead they lost money. Doesn't pay to be greedy
